Yes it is. Just ate there Saturday night. Had the steak tempaquina with the peppers-great! It is a nice restaurant with great views. The owners, Iva and Armando, are wonderful people. I always take weekend visitors there.

One of my favorites. Try the flounder or shrimp with mango and habanero sauce. Also one of the best hamburgers in town.
