Manny's was originally started as a taco stand "El Taco Loco" in 1985. As it grew, it became famous for their “Fried Ice Cream”. In 1988 the name changed to “Fiesta del Mar”, with another palapa, more buildings and 40 employees, accomodating 300 guests, it continued to grow and changed to Manny's Beach Club in 1990.
