Med Restaurant

Anyone tried the little joint across from the church in the old port, next to the ice cream place? Name is Med something. I noticed it some time ago but have never seen any customers. I stopped to look at the menue last night. Sort of an Italianate menu with pastas and steak. Prices looked a bit stiff for an unknown. Very small place. The staff was very friendly though. No wine as it is too close to the church and the school but you can BYOB they said. Might give it a try.

I wonder if it's the same Med as at Las Palmas? The food there is mediocre at best.

Yes it is the same people as Med at Las Palmas. It is staffed by students from the culinary school. Food is good and plentiful and they will do anything for you if you asked for something different than the menu.

HAve tried this joint twice and had a good experience twice. Pasta was great.
