they had no borders.They pillaged and plundered all neighbouring countries and left everybody dead. So no need for border guarding.There was no other tribe which was as vicious as mongol army.

I don't know about who was the more viciousness but the Vandals got around pretty good, and unlike the the Mogals, they used boats when they had to cross water to get to their job. What was their job you may ask? Being a full time Vandal of course.
