From time to time, CEDO will offer a package trip to Puerto Peñasco, to include round trip transportation (including vehicle insurance, etc.) from Tucson, hotel accommodations, ecotour fees and extras which vary according to the trip. These trips must be purchased in advance through the CEDO Tucson Office generally from 10 to 14 days in advance of the scheduled date of departure. All package trips are dependent on a minimum number of persons making reservations. If a trip does not attract the required minimum number of persons, 100% of the advance payment will be refunded. There are no refunds for persons who are "no show" on the date of departure. A cancelation fee of 25% will be charged to anyone who cancels their reservation before the deadline, with 75% of the pre-payment refunded. No refund can be guaranteed if cancelation occurs after the deadline date, as such cancelations could impact all travelers. Travelers travel at their own risk.
MOTHERS' DAY WEEKEND PACKAGE TOUR - May 6 - 8, 2011 (Friday through Sunday) Bring just yourself for a pampered yet adventurous getaway, or bring the whole family!
CEDO is offering a special package trip for Mothers' Day Weekend. The specially chartered van will leave the Tucson Doubletree Reid Park Hotel parking lot promptly at 7:30am Friday morning, May 6, taking adventurers to Puerto Peñasco's 4-star luxury hotel, Peñasco del Sol Hotel on the beach of Rocky Point, Sonora Mexico, where the Hotel will have a "welcome margarita" for each adult traveler. Friday evening activity will be "on your own." Travelers will meet in the Hotel lobby Saturday morning, May 7, and take shuttle transportation to the CEDO Field Station in Las Conchas neighborhood. Following a brief introductory tour of CEDO, travelers will enjoy the Exploring Morua Estuary NaturArte Ecotour, which will include a delicious lunch at a local seafood restaurant. Travelers will shuttle back to the hotel to enjoy Saturday evening on their own. Sunday morning, we'll gather together for a CEDO Mothers' Day champagne brunch buffet at the del Sol Hotel. The van will take us all back to Tucson, to arrive back at the Doubletree Hotel by late afternoon.
All passengers must carry their passports with them, and provide CEDO with passport numbers at the time payment is made.
