Noticed on today's www.numernounoonline.com that the foundation stone laying is ready to begin as soon as they get the okay (suppose to be the first half of this year). It already has funding approval.

They also mentioned that the cruise ships would do their fueling at Guaymas, which is great news from where I'm sitting. Takes the environmental burden off of Penasco and Guaymas is already set up as a fueling station. Also read the other day that the Guaymas port is scheduled for improvement.

Does anyone have any more definitive information? Thanks in advance.

Disappointing because the condo owners won't have those nice gigantic fuel tanks to look at that were in some of the presentations about the port. LOL

So Guaymas looks to be a destination port? OK, I apparently have been wrong with the idea that this port idea is a complete boondogle. That right there is the destination of all destinations. They just need to add San Felipe on the itinerary and this cruise will no doubt be the most exciting cruise known to man kind....
