Partial Lunar Eclipse Saturday Night/Sun Morn

As if seeing a full moon over the ocean wasn't going to be amazing enough this weekend...

The first partial lunar eclipse visible in southern Arizona since February, 2008 will be showing in the night sky on Saturday morning, June 26th.

The moon will enter into the shadow on the earth at 3:17 a.m. The eclipse will stop being visible as the sun rises Saturday at 5:19 a.m.

The peak of the partial lunar eclipse will occur at 4:38 a.m. Thereafter, more and more of the moon will grow out of the earth's shadow.

Then Mexico plays 7 hours later...Rest up!
