If you were suckered in this Pigeon Coup fiasco I would be a bit careful if someone now tries to buy you out for pennies on the dollar.two wheeler dealer guys I did some work for (modernist concrete counter/desks for a sales office in the shell of otherwise empty building ) on a failed Condo conversion project in Tucson are borrowing money from a Euro bank on huge tracts of land they own in the D.R. They are planning on buying up a couple failed Tucson projects and are looking at Playa Azul....sort of good news I guess.
