Regarding Rumors, I have just visited and heavily researched the fine community of RP and made an offer on a little homestead about a block off the beach a mile WNW of Yup Ville Sandy Beach. I now need to start up the SHARK ATTACK SCARE. This will make my low ball offer more appealing to the Sellers in PHX who, I believe, find RP not worthy of visiting and otherwise momentarily alter real estate values in my favor. So, again, were there 15 or was it 16 lost limbs so far this weekend? How do these terrible accidents seem to never make it to the media? How many will we lose this Spring Break to the killer beasts? Why are there less tourist numbers returning across the border then were recorded coming down (like my wife and I when we move here)?
