Saltillo Tile

Was planning in re-doing our floors next weekend. After buying a bunch of product and looking at "how to" on the internet, my eyes are rolling back in my head. Stripping seems to be the biggest pain or mess. Do you know anyone who will do this at a reasonable rate? Any advice is appreciated.

We paid a guy to strip and seal our Saltillo tile. It was a nightmare to strip, the stripper material didn't work and he eventually switched to razor blades and lacquer thinner. That worked okay at best but took forever. The grout was impossible to strip well enough to get rid of the white look from the old stripper. When it was finally done and resealed it looked better but nowhere near what we had hoped for. Disappointing to say the least. Not a fan of Saltillo tile...
