That depends. What do you need to know? We took our house out of the rental pool last year, so I'd have to go from memory.

I use it all the time. They have alot of information on it. There are lots of reports. They should have given you a username and password.

Hi all, been a long time since I've logged on. I still have some questions re Seaside res system. For those of you who rent via VRBO, etc, how do you put that reservation into the system? Since they pay VRBO directly, Seaside doesn't need to collect anything from the guest. How do you enter the proper info to include the taxes, impact fees, housekeeping fees, etc. that the guest has all paid to VRBO? Please respond here or via PM.
