Roberto, good idea,You can add a small water pump, maybe one of those small pressure increasing domestic pumps, inlet side to the street supply outlet to one of your tanks. There is a lot of water sitting in the street pipes when the supply is gone that can easily be pumped out into your tank. A level sensing switch at the tank will turn it off when the tank is full or you can operate the thing manually when you are there. You will get a good flow. You will not be sucking against a closed system as the valves in other tanks will be open to admit air. As it is now a lot of that water drains into the lowest tanks when the supply is off. You are not stealing anything from most of you neighbors either.
