$15.06 with Xoom, Thursday.....Coming from Mexicali to San Luis yesterday gas was 2.41. The Circle K's in San Luis all had signs at the pumps, that said ¨Litro Entero¨ or a full liter would be pumped..It turned out they got caught shorting and it was they're way of announcing that they were now giving you what you paid for...

I used to use WU also and then found out that fees are cheaper by using my bank debit card at any Bank ATM in Peñasco, as they give you the national exchange rate and not the malecon vendor's rate!! for my Bank is around 70 some cents per transaction, although I have seen some $1.23 need to find out the reason for the difference.
