Thanks a lot for the reply! I haven't seen those exact amounts but those may be summer rates as the 2016 table I was looking at said summer rates were higher. In looking at a copy of a CFE bill then if you in theory used a full 2000kw in a month you'd have: 600 @ 8 cents (the basic level)...

Man I've searched all over and I can't find a decent answer. We are debating buying a condo down there and moving there from Phoenix. My 1800 sq ft house here had it's worst month last summer at 2000kwh. If RP is now in zone 1F and you stay under 2500kwh you avoid getting into the penalty zone...
