Really? The HOA is not mandatory even though you use the security, the upkeep, the elevators, the common areas??? Doesn't seem right to me!

I am curious about people who own condos on Sandy Beach and do not pay their HOA dues. Is there enforcement? There seem to be quite a few who simply do not pay.

My husband is ill and in the hospital. Our taxes have not been paid because we have not been down since he became ill. Wondering if there is a way to pay our taxes from the US. Anybody have experience with this? Thanks for any information you can give us.

Actually, the one at Sandy Beach (Sonoran Sea) was great when we were down in November - good service, friendly atmosphere, great food! Whoever is running it is doing a great job.
