Had breakfast at Latitude Sunday for the first time in a while. We had a large group, 16 or so, and both the service and food was great. Mike gave us a discount and was a great host.

We will have 800-1,000 kids at Playa de Oro. It is wonderful. Little kids in mostly homemade costumes saying "tricky, tricky, halloween". They start about 3 when school is out and it is mostly over by 6 or 7.

Balboa's is open on weekends and Regina's is closed. They had a big sale at Regina's and sold all their equipment.

You can still get to Max's. The last block to the Penasco del Sol Hotel and Max's is still open. You can get there from the street Duke's is on.

They will all be busy, but Bella Serena lets anyone use there pool if you order from pool restaurant/bar. Also Pink Cadillac and Baja Cantina open their pools to anyone who orders from their pool bar.

There is no formula. It totally depends on how steep the beach is. The lower the angle the more sand that is uncovered. And the angle may change as the sand doesn't go down at a constant rate.
