    New BOA Fees?

We are talking about DEBIT CARDS. For people who stay in RP for the whole winter bringing that much cash is not really a viable option.

    New BOA Fees?

Read the thread I reffered to over on the Bajanomad Forum. They are recommending Charles Schwab. You will have to open a brokerage account with them (No cost) And then open their High Yield Investor Account. (No cost). This will return you to getting your peso's for free again - PLUS - you won't...

    New BOA Fees?

Um.....NO. The 3% charge is on the total amount you withdraw and this is brand new. Whether you take $100 worth of pesos out all at once or split it up over several different withdraws, the amount you will pay is still going to be 3% of $100. THIS IS NOT AN ATM FEE. Your method only works if...

    New BOA Fees?

This is not an ATM charge. This is an " International Transaction Fee" imposed by BOA. Good luck on getting that reimbursed back to you. Let us all know if they do.

    New BOA Fees?

I just read this over on the Bajanomad forum and was wondering if anybody has experienced this at the local Santander ATM? "Bank of America just sent us some unwelcome news. They will be instituting a number of new fees starting on Nov. 2, 2013. The one that may be of most interest is a 3% "...

Heads up. Some Mexican Hot Sauces Contain Lead, Study Says.

The vinegar in the hot sauce does the cleaning. Putting a dirty penny in a bowl of pureed tomatoes and letting it sit will do the same thing. Imagine what tomatoes do to your insides......:D Anything mildly acidic will do it. If your stomach was made of metal you would have something to be...

Taking a Dish receiver box to Puerto Penasco

On the older systems it is ok to use either providers dish on either system. Now with the new Hi def systems to avoid problems you should get the same brand dish as your carrier. Craig's list and Ebay are good sources.

    Mobil Wi Fi Hotspot

First you need to check to see if your USB modem is supported by your router. Check it's website for a list of supported USB modems. I think mine is a ZTE-MF 180 Both the Zoom 4501 and 4506 support the USB modem that I got from TeCel. The 4506 can be used either with it's included power cube or...

    Mobil Wi Fi Hotspot

If you get the USB Modem from Telcel, Zoom makes two routers that work great with them. One is Model 4501 and I forget the other one. I got them at Office Depot. One is battery powered so you can use it anywhere you.

Towing Vehicle from Sonora Into AZ

Two or three years ago I did the same thing with my sister's car. I was alone and had her car on a U Haul car dolly that I brought down from Phoenix. I was asked who's car it was and an address of the registered owner. That was it. No hassle at all.
