It is not uncommon to find "dust" on the tops of cans in Rockypoint. Very few roads are paved and there is little vegetation to hold the particulates down. (Just look at the road to the south of the store).

I have seen dry dog food in bulk at the Spice store around the corner from "Veel Electric." You also might try the new Wal Mart store on the way into town.
