Was there twice over this weekend. Had the platter on Friday and a fish and beef taco for lunch today. The best!!!

The combo platter has 4 things you can mix and match - breaded fish, breaded shrimp, garlic fish, garlic shrimp and scallops. Also comes with tomatoes, lettuce, onions and avocado and tortillas. I'm getting hungry just writing this post.

I agree with Ladyjeeper - there are many parts of Phoenix i would never venture to especially after dark. I will really begin to worry, however, if there are daytime gun battles in public - like there are in Jaurez. That's when you can get caught in crossfire - until then, i feel just as safe...

I think Mary's is the best - the seafood platter is huge and you can probably feed 4 on the 2 person platter. Plus the $1.50 fish tacos are a great deal too - they are grilled not fried, come with avocado and are delicious. The staff is friendly and eager to please.

I also agree with several others that it is harder and harder to argue the "rocky point" is safe card. I have many friends here in Phoenix that are now asking "what do you think now". I will continue to defend Rocky Point but it becoming frustratingly difficult. I frankly wouldn't mind a huge...
