We went out July 17th with Rocky Point Fishing Services and saw quite a few smaller dodos. We were out 20-30 miles though. We also saw a school of skipjack boiling about 5-10 miles out.

Thanks for the help. We ended up contacting a guy we've used in the past for quads/atvs, Baltazar. Did a good job, just was hard to get ahold of. Charged $45 to clean the carburetor and get it running, then we immediately hit the water Monday afternoon.

Does anybody know a good mechanic for outboard motors? We have a 30 hp Nissan 4-stroke that is giving us problems. Likely carburetor problems. Someone that does house calls would be nice.

Yeah, more so than mono at least. I use the grey line to reduce visibility a little, but I've never had a problem before. A lot of times I use a steel leader to keep the trigger and sierra from cutting through the line and it doesn't seem to make a huge difference.
