I have seen the Hotel Senorial and it did not impress me from the outside. Maybe Laos Mar Prob not a budget hotel but nicer than Hotel Senorial

I have also stayed there. It is probably the nicest budget hotel I have ever stayed at. Clean!! Bring your own pillow though. They don't have much in the way of fluff. Can't beat the location either if you don't want to drive and the weather is nice. Very close to dinner and drinks. I agree on...

I was able to catch the episode on Direct TV last night. I have seen a LOT of shows similar to this...that talk about the food and culture (Rick Bayless, Andrew Zimmern) This one was really cool. Some day I hope to get to visit more parts of Mexico.
