We were actually pulled over for X-Ray back in August........It was a Friday evening, around 8pm. We had a couple blue water barrels and our kayak...... It took a while, but we finally got on our way!

We travel to RP every other weekend to visit our home. We always time our trip so that we cross the border and get "home" before dark. Don't let the "Sky is Falling" crazy's keep you away from such a wonderful place.

yep.....but now that the weather has cooled off, it's not so bad. We pickup clams on the way in and the way out. It's about the same as walking the beaches out at San Jorge.

There are lots of shells....not sure of the type?? Beautiful beach, beautiful sunsets. You can walk along the beach as far as your heart desires (or your feet will carry you....LOL)

Playaperro..... We purchased out at Lopez Aceves this summer and it has been a "Godsend" for us. Anyone looking for a "quiet place, away from the beaten path" should consider it. No running water or electric yet, but,what the hey........ Even during the heat of summer, we visited at least...
