I think the cause of the differences between the quality of posts here and Facebook has a similar explanation to the reason you have the president that you do. Most people don't want to think, but just react. Many are easily moved by superficiality and enjoy being hysterical. It's frightening...

I think it's coming fast. 8:30 or so today, Sunday, it was just a smudge on the horizon off to the SE. You had to really look to see it. At 9:30 it is a huge black cloud along the horizon. Swear I felt a drop or rain. Cloud cover now cumulus clouds, fairly windy. Sonoita will be flooded again...

There is no question that irrespective of who the developer is, investing in a structure under construction is extremely risky. Building based on income from sales is pretty much an impossibility as evidenced by the many stalled structures all up and down the beach. .
