the swim is on.... my first swim of the year... I started at the old docks that Al Capone had built and headed out of port along the malecon, past Flavios, Sr. Amigos and the BooBar and made it to the Point restaurant and back in 40 minutes... lots of schooling fish with me the entire swim...- Seadweller

Like Joe says the Mirador has the best tide pools... There will be a class from Mesa Community College down here studying the creatures in tide pools all next week... we are going to the island with them on Monday... Friday and saturday mornings low tides will be excellent for tide pooling...- Seadweller

How true Stuart... we usually try to use a bigger hook to keep from catching triggers... they are fun to catch and good to eat, but I think after catching 5 or 6 of them it's time to try for something else...- Seadweller
