Click on "User CP" on the menu bar at the upper left... look for Settings and Options and select "Edit Options"... Click on "Edit Options" and scroll down to "Date & Time Options" and then select your timezone (GMT-7:00), scroll down and click "Save Changes"... and this should correct your times...
