It's not perfect but, from my experience, the wait times are in the ball park of whats displayed about 80% of the time. I know if it show's 45 minutes it could be 45-75 minutes of wait. As to those without the proper ID's, give them a separate line to age in.;)

I never leave our Cholla home without checking this first. It's updated hourly 75% of the time. https://bwt.cbp.gov/index.html?com=1&pas=1&ped=1&plist=2602 I have left early the next day a few times because of the waits.

    Palm Tree & Termites

Close to the water it's tough to get them to survive, further away less problem, for termite treatment I paid $400 4 years ago which I thought was expensive, but I wanted termites gone, it was fine for 2 years and could never get the company back for retreatment, so I'm going to try again

    Palm Tree & Termites

Good luck with the palm trees. There's a recent thread about coconut palms here. I just got a quote from a company this company in RP. He seemed very good during his inspection, paid attention to places I hadn't looked. They give you a 3 year warranty with re-inspections every 12 months. My...

    Roofer Flat roof

Most of the elastomer products sold in RP are the 2,3 and 5 year warranty types. As Mondone said being close to the water is hard on it. The little puddles of moisture will make US $100 per bucket stuff blister in 3-4 years as well. The closer to the water you are the more maint is needed

    Roofer Flat roof

I had AiHre do mine 4 years ago, decent job, but better if you're there when it's done. 1500sf cost $1,200 with a white elastomeric top coat applied, supposed to be 2 coats, but I wasn't there. At 3 years I had to re-coat the elastomeric. They gave a 3 year warranty. Here is a RPT post from...

    Potholes....real ones....Highway 37

That stretch was pretty bad last May, sad to see it's worse today. You would think with the Mayan resort being one of the crown jewels of northern Sonora the Govt or Mayan developer would at least keep the road in good shape. If I was planning on staying at a top resort like the Mayan and had...

    Spring Break 2017

We headed back north on Sat. Mar 18th, hit the border at 2pm, 3 lanes open, 3 minutes wait. There was a ton of traffic headed south as we drove home. The fishing was really good according to my local buddies, Friday they caught 100+ triggers and on Sat landed a nice grouper. The ocean was...

    Spring Break 2017

It would have to include Semana Santa, 150K people would over run this towns everything. I've been here since Saturday seems busy but all the places we've been to, it seems pretty a normal Spring Break, busy but not Crazy Busy. I wonder if the Zip line will have a lot of business for Sem Santa...
