Sagarpa Authorities and City Council have announced the study of the remodeling project the commercial pier in Puerto Penasco, including dredging the dock basin, new cargo cranes, street paving and other fisheries infrastructure.

But they ARE repaving the area just before the dive shop this week, where some of those others have started selling fish, leading into the Malecon. Or is this part of the article referring to the other end of the bay, where you actually dock the boats?

It appears they are finally repaving the whole malecon. About time, those 2 foot holes were starting to get annoying. They wonder why bike week hasnt been so popular, pry because the streets were absolutely beat to hell...
