Bogus road blocks

Just about a week before we head to PP and have heard about some reports/warnings about unauthorized road blocks. Any of you recent visitors seen evidence of this?

Rosy i had the old laptop in a business meeting today pretending to be note taking while i was reading the forum.i go to your site and a audio commercial starts blasting out (restaurant ad) so thanks a lot!
