Its still a good idea....I have a great recipe for fresh oysters......
Okay, that made me laugh, Russ! Take one dozen fresh oysters, shuck and eat!

Actually, I've had some great oysters on the grill with Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and Italian breadcrumbs. My father-in-law's favorite (back in Maryland) was sitting on the front porch in his underwear 1st thing in the morning, a bushel basket of oysters, cocktail sauce and Old Milwaukee beer! Took me a bit to get used to that at 6:30 in the morning.
