Donating Used Furniture?

We just picked up some new furniture for our condo and will be getting rid of a couch and love seat. They are definitely used but not in bad shape and I was wondering if there is a charity in PP that would like/accept them as a donation?

we can find a home for them for someone from La Esperanza Para Nueva Vida community center... let me know and we can meet at the center and take them inside until Blanca (director of the center) chooses a new home for them...
