Made It to The Big Leagues

So Joe................

Some other major fucked up shit you can plan on dealing with relating to fuel issues will be as follows:

The gasoline in Arizona has alcohol in it and here in Yuma the pump "says up to 11%" of that brainless tree hugger climate change shit as well as a shitload of fucking water just to rub the rip-off in. Think your Jap outboard can handle it??.......NO! Check your fuel/water filter every time you head out!

When I started noticing small chunks of sticky black debris in the small fuel filters on the motors I started freaking thinking all of the internals made of so-called "rubber" were deteriorating. Thanks to Allah it wasn't. It was all of the fuel hoses into and from the tank thru the filters and finally to the motors. So-called automotive grade fuel lines/hoses get melted from the inside by our Arizona gasoline.

Now consider that the PP pangas almost all run Yammies to include 115's similar to mine, yet never have an issue even though I don't run them with dirty raggedy old t-shirts draped over the engine covers. The reason being that the overpriced Pemex has no alcohol in it! So when I was filling my 150 gallon tank here in Yuma all I was doing was screwing up my fuel system. So nowdays, after draining the tank and flushing it THREE TIMES, I only use Mexi gasolina now.

During the tank draining here in Yuma I noticed a shit load of reddish brown silt being pumped out when the tank was almost empty. That stuff turns out to be powder like silt that is in the big underground tanks here in Yuma. I was at the point that I had to change the fuel/water separators after each run and sometimes at sea! Try that game with six foot swells and filling the filters canisters with gas in order to prime the system!

As for the check valves to the lines exiting the tank, all were gooped up with a reddish sticky kind of crap that I finally identified as the "ring free" additive that Yamaha said was an essential requirement. That stuff breaks down and gets hooked up with the water in the AZ gas and causes the steel balls in the valves to get gooped up stuck and stop doing the simple job of closing off the system when the fuel demand stops.

So anyways, I'm-a root'n on Putin!

JJ
I'm a lucky guy... I bought a 25yr old boat which is generally a no no or at the very least a tank replacement HOWEVER, once I read that Seaswirl puts POLY tanks in their boats I knew this boat was meant for me! No worry about RUST, ever! More than I can say for Alec Baldwin... Polyethylene is essentially chemical resistant and to my knowledge does not have a shelf life. Plus one for that headache of a situation.

In regards to Russia. Hopefully you're kidding. If not then I completely disagree. I hope as many Russians are killed as possible. Fuck Russia!!! I don't understand what all this From US with LOVE for Russia bullshit is! All these people spewing Russia talking points don't have any understanding of history or context. All these people yelling about their rights being infringed because they had to wear a mask or stand 6 feet from someone. Go live in Russia and tell me how you like all that UNOBSTRUCTED FREEDOM!!!! I mean as long as you're white and straight you have some freedom there. As long as the government says it's ok. This is literally a war over freedom. I don't give a fuck how imperfect Ukraine is or what you think is on Hunter Bidens laptop or how mentally ill you are, Putin is a piece of SHIT!!! PERIOD! FUCK THAT GUY. FUCK RUSSIA. FUCK COMMUNISM.

Hey JJ, aren't you the one always bitching about COMMIFORNIA??????????? And then you go and root for Putin?! The only good thing about this war is that we get to see how decrepit and old the war systems are for Russia. All THERE THEYRE (their) (PECABOO YOU FUCK YOU, I see you STEVE M) equipment is from 1977, poor logistics, poor communications, poor field command. The only thing this war is showing is A. How fucking out of his mind Putin is, B. How completely decrepit and inept his army is. That's good news for the future IF THIS FOOL DOESN'T DROP AN A BOMB in the next few weeks...

I will leave this here for anyone that likes to look at DEAD RUSSIAN SOLDIERS (kids) TWICE A DAY LIKE ME....

We collect our Mezquite from the trees that I have planted on my property here in Yuma. Some are forty years old now. We trim/harvest them for fire wood regularly and when the late summer chubascos tear them out by the roots they are as they say a "windfall". They can be planted from seed and produce harvestable fire wood in three of four years. No Arizona Bark Scorpions here in Yuma as it's way to dry. As for the hood rats I shoot them on sight if they are dumb enough to scale my eight foot wall topped with wrought iron agaves, the tips slathered with liquid dog shit. My three wolf dogs make quick work of them and I only have to dispose of the bones on our weekend desert trips. None have ever scaled the wall and made it to the pool.

Actually the wind mills aren't turning because the operators can't/won't sell the power produced cheaply as CFE sells it.
You might see them start spinning again if there's a power shortage in Sonora.
Yes, but that answer is rooted in fact and rationale. Please don't upset Rob or Steve M who is for some unknown reason creeping in the background of a fishing thread.

Hey Steve, NOT ONE LIKE FOR ME OR MY THREAD????????? You're a real dirtbag!!! I hope you're Christian, vatican 1 at least because you have a maybe chance at Purgatory. God watches you everyday. He can tell you're an asshole!

Wow Joe!

Rather opinionated today!

How much humping with your trusty M16 have you ever done? How many combat flight hours do you have under your belt? How many 100 pound boxes of belted fifty cal rounds have you lifted and tossed on the floor of your UH-1H Huey?

What do you know about Russians other that the lying media??

You are way out of your league son.

Still a rootin for Putin!

I was able to fix the hard start/low idle issue by adjusting the idle timing advance. The boat starts and idles really well now. You can leave it idling for 30 or 40 minutes. The only concern now is that it may be "loading up" in no wake zones and during longer periods of idle. I've been advancing the neutral throttle right after start up to clear out excess oil on the plugs. Huge plume of 2 stroke smoke after you rev it up to clear it out then it's just normal to minimal smoke after it's cleared up. Otherwise if you don't do this it's still bogging and dying. I've read they will load up in no wake zones and during trolling after you delete the oil injection pump. The oil injection is variable so at idle and lower rpm the engine isn't getting as much oil as higher in the curve when it goes full 50:1. I'm pre-mixing oil at 50:1 so it's getting that at every point in the power curve. I might try switching plugs to the factory recommended Champion and see if that helps with the loading up issue. Other than that she is running really well.

Lake Test Day 4: After advancing the idle timing the boat starts and runs well. We hit 34mph which was a +2mph gain over the previous three lake tests. The RPM has increased 500rpm to 6k at top speed. Overall the engine sounds like it's singing on top at 6k and I'm now pretty happy and confident that we're almost ready for the ocean.

Boat looks sick AF Joe, well done brother!! ‍

Old55...........

You are so full of mierda it's amazing that you can even see your keyboard and create a meaningful thought into words.

As a matter of fact I used to hang with a bunch of Soviet Army Rotor Heads and on very friendly terms .

Back in 1991 my little chicken shit helo maintenance company was awarded a contract through the US Army to do a Site Survey and Inspection of Egyptian Air Force DHC-5D Aircraft. The de Havilland DHC-5 is an amazing STOL transporter originally designated as the C-8A developed for the US Army Aviation. My contract number was: DAAJ09-91-C-1241. And since you are always such a doubting a-hole why not look it up for yourself?

Anyway, we set off to Cairo put up our lodgings at the "best" hotel in town and headed out to the Al Masa Air Force base the next day. We had nine remaining DHC-5D Buffalo aircraft to inspect and work up a maintenance program for them. We completed the survey and inspection and were awarded an add on to the contract to train the Egyptian mechanics and develop a replacement parts program for them.

A few days before we were scheduled to head home I was approached by the Commander of the base and asked if we knew anything about helicopters! Well hell yes we do! He took me an a tour of 22 non-operational Soviet military helicopters to include the Mi-2 Hoplite, the Mi-4 Hound, the Mi-6 Hook heavy lifter and the Mi-8 Hip gunships.

He asked me to work up a proposal for a maintenance and training program to include translating all of the Soviet military flight and maintenance manuals into the English language. I took the proposition to my Army contract officer and he took it up with his big boys back in the USSA. In only two days they told me to go for it!

The Russians sent a team over to Cairo and within a few more days we were in the Boogie Mode. The US Army sent a few of their translators over as well. The Russians set up home base at our hotel and then began one never ending every evening party. They knew where to find the beer, the vodka and the belly dancers. Egypt being a "strict" Moo-slum country obviously did not condone the partaking of liquor or wild assed brazen whores. We did alright though, a few coins to the hotel manager and we were set.

I got to know the Russian helicopter crew chiefs and mechanics well as they were all hard core AirCav types and most spoke good English and I got a good view of how the Soviets do business with their military equipment. First off there is nothing that could be considered " military surplus" in the Soviet Union. They use their equipment and maintain it forever. They sell off their old crap to the highest bidders such as the Egyptians then get never ending contracts to keep them supplied with spare parts.

Don't even think that the shit that you see daily on the USSA lying media is even a shred of truth. The Russians are using up their old crap and giving their newbie troops some excellent real life combat training. If and when they bring up their latest and greatest you will see a blood bath beyond comprehension.

You do realize that the U-Cranes have the same old out dated equipment that the Russians have sold to every turd world country on earth. Most of what they have is what what was left behind when the Soviet Union broke up many years ago. The country is nothing more than a nest of wanna be mafia type criminals and hot porn chicks. Toss in Brandon and O-Buttfuks dealings and you can see why they don't want us to know any real facts.

Just saying,

JJ

How can we determine facts when everything is fake? First of all. I don't give a fuck how many years military experience you have and how many Russian dicks you stroked to know that Russia and it's culture is fucked. Serious psychological issues on a mass scale. Secondly. Their military is an absolute joke. But anyone who reads could have seen this coming. There are reports that Putin has siphoned approximately $20 BILLION from the Russian economy. On a side note. I've never felt more strongly about taking out North Korea more than now. I used to be the diplomacy works guy but now after seeing these absolute JOKES in the field I feel like NK is pry the same bullshit. Look mean and show off all your weapons on TV and then get absolutely RAILED when shit hits the fan.

I don't watch a lick of MEDIA TV. I read. I review my Twitter feeds every morning. People that are there. The Russians are really really fucking weird man. I mean I'm sure there are plenty of decent Russians but as a whole their society is really fucking weird.

JJ. Sorry you love Russians man. Kind of weird to me. I don't see the appeal. They are the worst at everything except for deception and cheating. No free news, mass corruption on the kind where people don't eat and shit. I guess I'm looking for you to sell me on something. What? What is there to like? And then you throw this war in and it's kind of odd to hear someone defend this bullshit.

Everyday I wake up excited to see how many Russians took it in the ass the previous day. I thought hating Russia was practically an American pastime???????????!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
