I have spent a lot of time on the water and have never seen a vaquita. I've looked for them, too. With only 200-300 still in existence (if that), chances of actually seeing one are pretty slim. I've seen lots of schools of common bottle-nosed type dolphins, several species of whales, mantas, whale sharks, an orca, a basking shark, totuava, and lots of other cool stuff, but never a vaquita.
Maybe someday. Before they're all gone.
