Strange Tide Question

I was wondering if anyone has ever seen a 12 hr tide swing that is virtually flat, but is preceded by a fairly steep tide change and is also followed by a pretty steep tide change. This pertains to the 10:10pm tide on July 22nd through the 10:10am tide on July 23rd. Never have seen this. Has anyone else seen this before ?

Might be a bad print. this is what my tide chart shows. I filtered the dates and you may need to re-do it. I've never seen this before.

it won't post. sorry

This tide chart works well and doesn't show that anomaly:

Has to be a data glitch... when the tide variance is low, the water levels can only fluctuate around the median (zero tide) water level.

unless the moon is planning to magically change its orbit for 12 hours during the 2nd low tide on the 22nd, I wouldn't expect any different behavior from the water.

Maybe it's a prediction date on certain graphical tide charts for when Superman flies counter clockwise around the earths equator, making the tides stand still for 12 hours ?? ;-)
