Yep, we've stayed there as well and would stay again! They also have a pool and BBQ's down toward the beach. My teenage son didn't complain, so that speaks LOADS!! LOL

I think it's too easy to forget what the sea/salt air does to our homes.... not to mention the intense sun. While our lot is close to the beach, Roberto, who showed us the Playa Lopez lots, made a really good point ~ homes right on the water require lots of annual maintenance due to the sea air.

In case you are in need, we've found a really great handyman/men. Pancho & Omar do alot of work for us and the folks out at Playa Lopez (North of town on the Coastal Hwy). They build & install fences, gates, etc. Omar built & installed the security bars on our trailer windows; they have moved...

Thanks Jerry & Brokenwave, we're in our Travel Trailer out at Playa Lopez......until the day we build our casita de suenos! The trailer has a roof AC....but we're off grid. We've not used it yet, last year, it was always tolerable, or we planned our trips better...LOL. Any way, Thanks Again!
