Bringing the family down in June! Looking forward to beach, pool, beer, golf, sun and relaxing! Staying for 10 days! We really like the laid back vacation Rocky Point has to offer. It's really to bad for the locals of the negative press. The bright spot for us is.....less people! :mrgreen:

Just got back to Colorado from a week there. Food, beer and weather all excellent! Drove all over town and all was peaceful. Planning on coming back down for two weeks in June. I can't believe people living closer aren't there every weekend. Awesome place to relax and head back to the grind. :lol:

I'll be down tomorrow, Saturday with my 3 teenaged boys for 7 days. Looking for a 1day fishing trip with them. Any suggestions on who to use or anyone else looking to go out this week? Thanks

Should I cancel my family trip? I am 7 days away from coming down for a week. The family has been looking forward to our trip. However, if Mexico is watching and does not want us there, I guess I could drive another 5 hours and go to San Diego.

Why blast AZ Miguel? I think he makes a good point. I also avoid places where known violence and crimes occur. You can keep yelling “we are safe here” but if this little tourist town keeps having these types of things occurring………why would anyone bring their family there? I can’t think of...
