    Al Capone's

Capone's is the best! Aside from the fact that most people there are great, Dave is a superb Penasco supporter willing and eager to help folks regarding bar/restaurant issues or otherwise. Can't ask for a better spot to eat or drink; others may approach or equal but not excel the total Capone's...

    Torrential rain Sun-Mon

So, has Penasco been hit already? If not, what are the prospects for later today/night or tomorrow....and, how bad? Just another property trying to protect his or hers. Thanks for any help in the effort!

    Netflix Connection?

Duh...I didn't think to try getting on Netflix with my laptop so I just did; no problem! So no I'm ever more perplexed because it apparently not a connection issue. Other ideas?

    Netflix Connection?

Has anyone been able to install Netflix on a TV here in Penasco? I have a MX connection and tried to connect with my Netflix account via my smart TV with no luck. The error message was something relative to the connection and wouldn't let me get past the "Are you a Netflix Member?" page. I would...

Taking Goods From Mexico Into US?

Thanks, guys for the input. All the items will be from the same vendor but different pieces (benches and tables) and some (fences) which will be assembled by a mason in Phoenix. Will I need a receipt, actual or otherwise?

Taking Goods From Mexico Into US?

I have taken plenty of stuff into Mexico from the US but not the other way. Now I would like to bring poured concrete products from Penasco to my home in the Phoenix area. I would appreciate any intelligence of what I am going to encounter at the border in terms of documents necessary and costs...

    Reviews of restaurants.

Mr Flores' gas station in Why has, hands down, the best burritos on the road from Phoenix to Penasco. It is very hard for us to pass without stopping for one red chili and one bean and cheese.

Crossing the border to mexico and back into the US without a passport???

Four of us crossed back to the US a couple of weeks ago. One of our friends didn't have his passport with him so used his AZ license. No problems, hassles or attitude before before being waved through.

I hate to see this as a top story in Phoenix. Anyone know where this happened?

I could not agree more with this analysis of the situation and what the result might have been given similar circumstances in the States. Now for the very sensitive comment which I will preface by saying I believe she was innocent of the charges (the part about the overt bribe request, I'm not...

    T-Minus 10 days........

Don't count on Wrecked being "gone forever." Randy is a great operator who, hopefully, will find a spot on the beach to relocate. It seems to me that Wrecked would be a terrific addition to the Home Port experience. Viva the Wrecked brand in Penasco

    Directions from Yuma to Penasco

I entered at St Luis yesterday (Sunday) and proceeded to Penasco which was amazingly simple. I took the first left after entering onto Obregon St then followed the very well marked signage to El Golfo/Penasco. The toll was 105 pesos, the roads were in great shape and the scenery was beautiful!
