I have talked to several people that told me the tracks used to run to the estuary la Pinta and that a lot of ore would fall off the cars enroute to the estuary and they wanted me to go detecting those tracks with them... are these the tracks you are talking about??? if you send me your phone...

Duane... have you looked on YouTube for videos of the trains around Rocky Point??? I do recall seeing some videos of them but I'm not sure if they are what you are looking for... I have a couple of friends that still do a little prospecting around that area and they have asked me to go along...

I agree ReelHard they are BIGJAW LEATHERJACKETS (Oligoplites altus) Pez mundo... Body silvery, scales give skin a finely wrinkled leathery appearance... Common in estuaries, Bahia Magdallena and throughout the Gulf to Ecuuator... they can reach 2 ft. I have heard that you should be careful...
