Don... I just returned from CEDO and they have it in the gift shop on the back wall next to the T-Shirts on the shelf for $15.00... they also have a lot of other interesting items...

There were a couple of bad sections of highway between Penasco and Sonoita and they are not all marked... Harold Tuttle aka "trade" told me that a couple of spots snuck up on him and his pick-up went airborn... You will want to drive it a bit slower than usual...
