Bill when you open the kim chi that comes in a jar it fizzes if it hasn't lost it fizz in the cooler on the ride down here... the fermentation of the juice causes it to fizz... I guess it's an aquired taste... I've seen cats turn their tails and run from the stuff... but I love it...

I love the Kim Chi they have several different types... that's one of the things I miss living in mexico... Barb will get me the bottled stuff you can sometimes find in grocery stores, but by the time she gets it back down here all the fizz is gone... Will Work for Kim Chi...
