I liked going there because you could enjoy the Bar, food and use the Bella Sirena pools and beach as long as you bought something. Are any of the other resorts doing something like that? Don't want to go to Tessosoro in Las Conchas.

I believe all the trusts in Cholla are 50 years now, they were in the process of getting issued in 1997-1998 and I was told that they are under the 50 year terms. Anyone care to confirm this.

2 years ago at 3pm Fri. of Memorial weekend there was over a mile back-up on the US side. Not fun for those crossing, luckily I was heading back to the US. But I have crossed when it took 1.5 hrs to get into Mexico, prior to the ID check at 6pm Fri. of Memorial weekend.

And who knows how much gas you're not getting at most of the Pemex stations in RP. So the $3.79 gas in Mexico is probably $4.20 with the short change we have been getting for years. It always seems like it takes an extra 1-2 of liter's to get my 5 gal can filled compared to what it should have been.

So how far north of Laguna Shores on the Coastal Hwy. is the turn off to the one closer to town? Thx.
