    Bringing patio furniture down...any tips?

I had a 2 ton unit from Mumbles installed for $40, and was thru them. I also supported a local store rather than major chain like Sams, Sorry Jerry, I will do that every time even if it's a few bucks more. But that's just me.

    Bringing patio furniture down...any tips?

Take all out of original packaging and use the phrase "Usado" (used) or Segunda mano, (second hand) if you get the red light. But really hope to get the Green light and continue on with a quick wave to the agents.

    Some help please.....

As far as banned food, when I go down I always put any meats, (I can't buy in RP) in zip lock bags and put them all together in a plastic grocery bag placed on top of the ice in the ice chest. About 5 minutes before crossing into Mexico I remove it from the ice chest and hide it with some...

    Kitchen Cabinets

They are actually called, Fortaleza DEL SOL Muebles, (they have a Facebook page with samples) They can make almost anything from wood, furniture, entry doors, shutters, barstools, desks, headboards, tables and chairs. I wanted a medicine cabinet and told them to make a certain size and it was...

    Kitchen Cabinets

Check out the flea markets that are everywhere, I have seen many cabinets for sale. Or have the furniture maker Fortorza Muebles on BJ across from the bus station (5-6 blocks south of the Walmart), make whatever you need. You have to go in through the back because of the construction on BJ, ask...

    Satisfied Frog

I would go there for a drink and maybe appetizers just for the view. It's just not in my top 10 places I would go to eat.

    Satisfied Frog

Gave it a try over Spring break, we ordered a large 14" pepperoni pizza $15-16, a medium 12" cheese pizza, 2 bottles and 2 drafts beers and 1 order of wings and that came to $48. Pizza had good flavor but the crust was underdone especially for a high temp wood oven. Service was a bit slow...

    Great time and weather

I was there from the 8-18th and the weather was great with only a couple of warmish days near 90 in town (16-17th) and 83 on the beach, high 70's to low 80's rest of the time.

    Sandy Beach Jetty Construction

+1 on that, what they have removed so far, is from the E to NE side of Black Mtn. has only made a small dent in it, as Rick said. And the beach run was ruined by Laguna Mar and Shores a few years ago, only 1 mile or less of beach between the properties then you have get north of L. Shores to...

    Sandy Beach Jetty Construction

The activity has slowed down form a little to a lot over the last 6 weeks. On Super bowl weekend they were cranking 12-14 hours a day 7 days a week Since March 6th-18 when I was in RP they seem to be doing 8-10 hours a day on average with some days, Nada! The activity is much calmer now, the...

    Sandy Beach Jetty Construction

There is a quarry pit on the east side of Black Mtn. You can see it from Sandy Beach and Cholla, you can see it is gray in color. You can see dust rising into the air from the area from the 4-5 drill/hammer rigs working that I saw when I drove past the quarry on my trip to BM last week. I doubt...

    Any news about Spring Break?

Added info from my earlier post, I've been here for 10 days since the 8th. The first weekend was kind of slow but last weekend and even Monday were very busy. (ASU and UA) Went to the Malecon on Sunday to watch a sunset and it was packed mainly locals. Went into a couple of restaurants and they...
