So how do they allow them to stay open until curfew and expect the customers, workers, and owners to then get home by 10:00 pm??? I know it's all about the money.

I agree. We have had bad chicken, beef and pork. We got a rotten beef tenderloin from Sam's Club. The whole kitchen smelled when we opened the bag. They took it back. The color looked good, but was rotten. Just got bad bacon from Sam's this week and still paying for it. Had to take medicine for this one.
