I am not reporting anything negative. The post was a response to Rosy stating that there were no known issues with a DL policy. I called the insurance company (GNP Seguros) named on my DL policy at their toll-free Mexican number (01-800-026-5110) and was advised that they are unable to find a...

I have not been able to verify my DL policy. I have called the company and they indicate that their policy numbers do not have a numbering sequence as shown on the paperwork in my possession. They are also unable to pull up any policy by my name. I am not stating that there is not a policy, but...

I have recently taken on several new customers at our Bill Pay service who say that they left Rosy's bill pay service as their bills were not being paid despite having funds on account with her.

New storm may have an impact next week!

It is sunny, hot and humid. The storm came and went in about two hours time yesterday.

Nothing to report thus far. Light rain and a little wind.

    BoomerFest Update

Much like the cruise ship port few people wanted to deal with the harsh reality that Boomer Fest Days was never going to work. The never announced a headliner and there was no need for anyone to come to a foreign country and pay insane prices to see acts that they could see at their local...

    BoomerFest Update

Dave Mason has now been dropped from the lineup. Still no sign of a daily schedule, seems like they want people to blindly buy a ticket with no idea of what they will be receiving for their money.

    BoomerFest Update

This "huge" festival has suddenly had its legs cut out. It went from 4 days of music with 24 artists and 3 comedians to 2 days of music with no new additions to the line-up. Pricing for the VIP packages went from $1,800.00 to a $500.00.

    BoomerFest Update

$3,000.00 Platinum ticket (minimum purchase of 2) for a bunch of bands I can see for free at a bar in Boise, Idaho? My VIP tickets for Roger Clyne were a mere $120.00 each. BoomerFest continues to be a joke and is sadly shaping up to be yet another black eye for Rocky Point.

    The Hut

The land was never truly owned by Larry when it was Changos nor was it owned by Randy when it was the Hut. Just the lease and the business entity was all that was sold. Randy has several financial partners and my understanding of this recent sale is that a group led by Roger's father-in-law is...

    The Hut

To find the answe Roger's Father-in-law. Word is that Randy (and financial partners) sold the Hut to buy some land close to Wrecked to build a music venue.

    Puerto Penasco Home Port

It has been all over the radio (in Spanish) that the drivers MAY get paid next week. If you ask the workers directly, they confirm they have not been paid and that it is the reason for lack of progress on the home port.

    Visa Requirements

This has changed recently. You can get an FMM at the border, but it must be marked as business not tourism or it will be rejected when the form gets to Mexico city resulting in a lot of fees as well as the need to start the process over.

    BoomerFest Update

I wouldn't think that Edgar Winter's guarantee could be anything over $2,500.00 these days. The artists that were announced tour state fairs, bars and casino lounges, they are hardly a draw to bring people to Mexico. I don't doubt that the organizers have some funds behind them, but as I have...
