I am fighting termites and I am 99 percent concrete and foam. I did pretreat everything with BoraCare and then Thompson's water seal. Rocky Point Palaps did a great job and cleaned everything up afterwords.

InkaRoads Thanks for the info. After searching and getting prices of 2100 US for 3 windows, I just ordered 3 windows dual pane tempered for 230 each. I pick them up friday. All I have to do is get them to Rocky Point in three pieces. Rick

Fox Block is the way to go. That's what I used in Cholla Bay. I have a crew that is now very experienced at installing them. I shipped two 53' trailer loads strait to Cholla Bay.

I have three of the Rheem tankless propane water heaters installed and have never had a problem with them.

Both the sink and the shower should have a p-trap, the water is trapped in the p-trap and traps the sewer gases from getting back in the house. If the vent is clogged or not correct the vacuum from flushing can suck the water out of the p-trap and allow the sewer gasses to get back in the house.

Home Depot has what I needed and I can order online and just pick it up on my way down. Should work!
