Best Condos on Sandy Beach to rent?

We rented one of the ocean front beach homes in Bella Serena last time. AMAZING. I never want to stay in anything but a Bella Sirena beach home when we go with a large group of people.

Best Condos on Sandy Beach to rent?

Bella Sirena is hands down the nicest complex on Sandy Beach. My choices are always #1 Bella Sirena, #2 Las Palomas, and then #3 Sonoran S.....whatever the one is to the right of Bella Sirena.

    Bird Island Tours

Wife and I are heading down next week. Guessing it won't be that busy of a weekend. Any recommendations for tours? Will they still go out on an "off weekend"?

Rocky Point condos for little money down

I think I remember seeing signs somewhere on Sandy Beach for condos for like 5-10% down or so? Is this true, and if so, what developments are like this? Are you financing directly from the developer? My wife and I are starting to go to Puerto Penasco enough that we are looking into maybe...

*BORDER INCIDENT* Can the CBP KEEP you from crossing INTO Mexico WITHOUT a Passport?

hahahaha....they love to act tough to the people who are legitimately trying to help them prove their citizenship. Last time I came back, my buddy didn't have his passport. He had gone through the trouble to get an original birth cert, had his social security card, and his driver's license...

*BORDER INCIDENT* Can the CBP KEEP you from crossing INTO Mexico WITHOUT a Passport?

The last 5 or 6 times I've driven into Mexico from the Lukeville station I have been with people without passports, including 1 time with a friend from Georgia who didn't even have any ID at all lol. Not once has the US BP asked for a passport to get into Mexico. Only the usual money, weapons...

    Directions to Capitan restaurant....

So this dirt road you take is completely before when you would start driving up the hill towards Boo Bar?

    Directions to Capitan restaurant....

I'm confused as to how to get there. Do I take the paved road up by the fish market (past boo bar) and then up to the restaurant? Or do I take some other road up to the top? I read somewhere to take some dirt road up to the top. Heading down next week with some family from Colorado and want to...

    The Laguna Del Mar area

You got it! I'm actually pretty excited for this trip to try out something new. I've stayed at the Mayan plenty of times. It's a great place but just way too far away from town. I usually stay at Sandy Beach most of the time. The Laguna area seems like it will be really quiet and peaceful...

    The Laguna Del Mar area

We are going to the Laguna Shores Resort in a few weeks on that DealChicken.com promo. Im sure it's fine. You cant complain for $69 for 3 days there. I'm pretty familiar with the area anyways. I know how to take the dirt road from the golf course....along the power line poles...to sandy beach...

How does health care work in RP for US citizens?

Now that I go to RP about 10 times a year, it just struck me that "What happens if I were to need medical attention?" I know there is that new nice urgent care building on Sandy Beach. How does health care work there? Do they have Mexican health insurance? Or is it pay by cash? Or have they...

    The Laguna Del Mar area

If they offer a timeshare sales presentation, I'll just tell them that I work at McDonald's in Phoenix and can't afford to buy one. :)

    The Laguna Del Mar area

Played golf on Saturday at Laguna for the 1st time. GREAT track with a ton of potential. The staff is fantastic as well. Love the area and it being so close to town but yet far enough away. When do you think this area will be developed up enough? 5-10 years away? What about real estate there...

    Going to Mexico for gas

I filled up in Sonoyta yesterday. You'd be stupid to fill up at the Lukeville gas station.
