Apparently in all your time here in Penasco you don't meet many people. I know many Europeans who live here including Italians, Swiss, Germans, English, Dutch and even an Icelander. It's always interesting to hear their stories about how they ended up in Penasco of all places.

The guy who delivers our water said he is having to wait up to 4 hours to get his truck filled and he blames it on the condos. He said trucks are not usually needed for the condos and the condos are paying the drivers a premium to get water.

At Banorte they have signs posted at the ATMs that the branch has no access to them and that they are run by corporate. It also says they will help you file the correct paperwork it’s corporate but there is nothing more the branch itself can do.

We live here full time and are permanent residents. The primary reason we got permanent residency is because it’s the law.
