    Al Capones

I guess there is no room for opinions outside the circle of friends here. I thought this might be a forum for a variety of opinions but it seems to instead be a sewing circle. Sorry to interrupt.

    It's dead here.

Thank our fisherman friends for blocking tourist access for a while yesterday! Let's throw one more hassle in the mix to persuade people to never come back!

    Al Capones

Actually said good things about other places (Pollo Lucas, La Curva,The New bakery, for example). Not trying to pick on anyone but stating a critical opinion. I think if we held places to a higher standard in this town maybe some places would provide something better for those of us who come...

    New Bakery

Stopped in on a drive-by whim and was impressed. Had some good looking breads and some nice looking desserts. Fluent, cordial english spoken there.

    Al Capones

One of the best in town. Usually very busy on weekends. Good seafood specials - the crab cakes and ravioli were awesome and we got 14 wings in our order because they do it by weight. They pour the best drink in town, hands down! Hope they open that other place soon

Whats the name of that place with the giant Palapa?

Some of the best food in town and consistent. Wish there were more places like this. The seafood place next to it is also very good

    El Catorce Restaurant"Sonoran Sun"

Different owners but same crappy place. Edgar's legacy lives on

Don Juan Salvadors @ Camel Toe Cantina

Can barely get a drink there and even that is f'd up. Can't imagine getting a meal there.

    Coffee Haus

CoffeesHaus is okay but they are closed a lot. They have some nice food there though. Too damn small to be comfortable

    Latitude 31

Last time I was there even the staff wouldn't finish their meals and they should know what is good. Latitude may have cold beer but the food blows. Had their pork chop special once and they cooked it like jerky. Another sad kitchen

    The thirsty parrot

The kitchen is a nightmare there as I have been hosed on two occasions with soggy lifeless fries and overcooked crappy wings. Martin and now Ricardo are nice guys but the food makes me want to cry

    Capone's

If no one serves them there must be a good reason. Rockefellers would be sweet. Their clams are very good though at Capone's

    Restaurant La Cocina de Ramon

Try the fish and chips at Capone's. Those guys get it fresh and do it right. Good malt vinegar too

    Ramon's

Another sophmoric dining experience. Ordered a combo plate to sample a few different dishes and some were served cold and all were not worth going back for. I was the only one there and the server was nice but couldn't understand the basics of ordering and serving. I shouldn't have to wait 2-3...

    Sapporo !!

Soy sauce on spaghetti with factory cut mire poix is not good asian food. The new location is a better layout though and maybe they have gotten better in the last year but I doubt it. You can get more authentic asian food in Cleveland

    Mickey's Best in RP?

I don't think it is even open anymore. Not that good anyway.

    Xochitl's

Finally got to eat there after countless tries (their hours are broken up and they are rarely open on weekdays). The rellenos came highly recommended and were a total letdown. They covered soggy fried chilis with canned 'old el paso' style sauce and served me beans that were crackly and dried...
