Tropical Storm Frank is currently around Cabo, but I don't like what one computer is predicting the storm will head- straight to Penasco (although the last Hurricane Jimena was predicted to hit Penasco, and just stayed and rained by Kino- about the same time last year).

There was a hurricane- Jimena - last Labor Day so the temperature was lower than normal, and we didn't get the rain- Kino and San Carlos did.
