Did I read the article correctly? It says Puerto Penasco is located three hours from the border (I'm guessing they mean the U.S. border, right?). Huh.

The dates of September 21 through October 2 have recently been reserved by BoomerFest, through our Property Management company, for our condo on Sandy Beach, so that must be around when it's (supposedly) occurring.

Reading the survey makes it sound like it's only for businesses with employees who need business travel - not individuals. Am I wrong in my interpretation? Hope so!

Seems to me likely that the airport would finally get utilized - there would be regular commercial flights from different American cities coming and going.

That's us. We'd much prefer to fly into Phoenix, and then onto Rocky Point, since we have kids (and other relatives) to visit who live in the Phoenix area. But Vegas is definitely better than nothing. :)
