    Building Blocks, Home Port

Penasco has many issues to resolve before real economic growth will come. Roads from within Mexico need to be vastly improved so the city is more accessible and there needs to be enough demand for flights to come into our airport. If 80+% of Penasco's tourist business continues to come from...

U.S. Postal Service Facility in Lukeville At Risk Of Closing Down Within Next Few Months

It's not great news about the landlord for that building. He's from Florida and is not even remotely motivated to rent space in the building (which is a major reason why it sits empty). I attempted to rent space in it and know of at least one other business owner that attempted to rent space...

    Auto Parking

They can park at Gastrak at the border. You go into Gastrak (I think it's around $10 a day) and they will give you a ticket for leaving your car parked there for whatever period of time you want.

Flights to Las Vegas / Phoenix

Has anyone heard whether flights are ever going to be resumed to either Las Vegas or Phoenix? I'm not sure how they expect to support a convention center and maybe a home port if we continue to not offer flights into and out of Penasco.

    Safe in Puerto Penasco?

We live in PP with our two young children full time. The locals are extremely friendly and helpful and we have not had any problems at all and travel all over town. It's a great spot to go with your family and kids. Our kids attend a private school in town and we feel that it's more secure...

    Latitude Survey

Know where it is but have never visited; have no idea what their menu or pricing is or when they're open (a sign by the road would help with that). We would probably try it out if we knew they had reasonable kids specials or some type of happy hour specials. Could Mike post a PDF of his...

Paying Bills by Compujter in Rocky Point can you?

We have Telmex internet service and the connection speed is great; I run an online business and have no problems using it. Are you asking about paying US bills online in RP or local bills?
